If you value your own safety and mental sanity, I would recommend staying away entirely. Standard operating procedure at this tyre shop does NOT include ensuring your wheel nuts are properly tightened (even loosely) and this will likely result in your wheels falling off on the drive home. I think it's fairly obvious that this happened to me. I would like an answer as to how wheel alignment is done on a loose wheel and ignored? Willfull negligence? Reckless endangerment of lives?

I will be getting legal advice regarding this. Totally unacceptable response from the business after making them aware of the issue
