Unsafe workmanship, denial of responsibility, and complete unprofessionalism

I took my vehicle to Best Drive – Fasfit Rustenburg for shock replacement, and the level of incompetence I experienced was alarming. They removed my bumper during the job and failed to reinstall it correctly. The alignment was visibly wrong and immediately noticeable. They also stripped one of my CV-joint threads completely, damaging the bolt to the point where they couldn’t even reinsert it. Their excuse was that it was “apparently like that before,” yet the damage is clearly fresh and documented. Because of their negligence, my vehicle was too unsafe to drive. I had to arrange a trailer to collect it, and my mechanic later confirmed that the wheel lugs were not even tightened properly. We ended up repairing their damage ourselves. To make matters worse, I was charged for a wheel alignment that was never done. I phoned them for clarity, because uneven alignment would destroy my tyres. Their own story makes no sense, because if the car was unsafe to drive (their claim), how could it possibly have been driven out for an alignment? They are welcome to retrieve their parking-lot camera footage showing us loading the car onto a trailer. An automatic cannot be towed, which already proves it did not leave on its wheels. Instead of addressing a single fact, the business owner publicly chose to insult my “mental state,” which speaks volumes about the professionalism I dealt with. For transparency: I have photos, videos, voice recordings, the original job slips, and a written statement from a qualified mechanic confirming the bolt was freshly damaged during their repair, not before. This workshop delivered unsafe, careless work, denied responsibility, and then tried to discredit the customer instead of fixing their mistakes. I do not recommend taking any vehicle here unless you’re willing to risk receiving it back in worse and dangerous condition.
