Great Management Skill

When I came in to have my brake pads checked last year in the process my car's left calliper got damaged (of no fault of theirs). I would like to give a shout-out to the manager Tonya Joubert, for her ability to de-escalate what I could only describe as a tense situation between my brother and one of her staff, and for fostering an amicable solution in the process.
