You pay and they don't deliver. Nor refund. Beware!

Ordered an Xbox One S for my kids. After two weeks of no delivery and several promises (from their side) and complaints (from me) later, they agreed to refund my money.

A refund which should take 48 hours max. to clear, has still not materialised. It has now been a week and still no refund.

And they refuse to answer any of my questions...

Will I ever get my money back? I'll update every few days...
