Very unhappy!!! Be aware they do not deliver nor refund

Be very aware they do not deliver nor refund!!!! I bought a Samsung Imaging Unit from them on 4th November 2019 and paid same day, as of today I still have not received the item, after many many back and forth communications they finally admitted they do not know what happened and are investigating the matter and offered to refund me on the 2 December, I am still waiting for refund
