PS4 Pro not received

I ordered a PS4 Pro for my son on the 17th dec 2019. They said they will deliver by christmas. After making payment,i only get responses that they are experiencing high call volume and never got back to me. My son has been saving for his PS 4 for many years and now he will lose all his. hard earned money. Who can help me get it back.
