Bunch of ****** they must be shut down

Good day on the 5th of Decemer I purchased a PS4 they told me it would b delivered at the 18th it didn't arrive so the 20th they emailed me telling me that my order was damaged in transit and they will give me a new one on the 23rd and after countless emails nd phone calls nothing happened
