Had the same experience as other... Ordered an Xbox 1s...everything seemed legit... From getting a log in and even tracking my item... I searched for reviews on them and didn't see any reviews.... Broke up the wording 'bestdealswarehouse' and it popped up on helloPeter... Money is out of my account.... Went to my bank and they said the account -I transferred the money in - a bidvest account - was blocked by someone who has an fnb account...i was told that they cannot withdraw any cash... Need to go have an affidavit done and you need to explain what happened... Then you need to send everything to your *****s division... Hopefully you deposited after the account was blocked..... Good luck to all and hope these ****bags get caught asap.
I fell prey to the same ****..... What I did was go into my bank - standard bank-... They assisted me and called bidvest and confirmed that the account was blocked... Then open a case against them... Get the affidavit with the case number on it..... Get your banks ***** division and bidvests' ***** division email addresses and scan them your pop, affidavit and all the emails you sent them.... I sent rather all information.....i got a reply today stating that I will be refunded in 7 to 10 business working days.... I have to thank both banks standard bank and bidvest bank for helping me.
