<div>Registered on their website for a purchase of PS4 (1TB plus an extra controller). After confirmation that there was stock available on 12 Dec 2019, I paid R4 999,00 into their bank account. The company confirmed receipt of payment and I was notified that delivery was going to be made on 18 Dec 2019 at around 16:00, by their in-house courier services, but that did not happen.

I have since contacted the company to cancel my order and requested a refund on 20 Dec 2019. As mentioned by others, the company claimed the item was damaged in transit and they are sourcing a replacement, but I insisted on a refund which was to be effected on 23 Dec 2019.

I have followed up with the company on 26 Dec 2019 and they have responded with the message

"We are currently experiencing high contact volumes. A customer service representative will be in contact with you as soon as possible"

To date, I have never received my refund or any communication from this company. To add to the insult, I was horrified to learn that their bank, Capitec, does not even do business account.

I have opened a ***** complaint today at Capitec and was promised feedback in 7 days.
