Zoe led with an actual qusiton in her first message rather than a generic hey which caught me off baalnce in a good way and we takled for hours that first night and didn't care about being up early for work after. She brought up something id mentioned almost a week earlier on her own which is when I realized she'd actually been paying attention. Three weeks in and the pace hasnt changed.
