BestCiv engineering

Anyone else work with this BestCiv Engineering before?? I’m battling to get my work drawings from them, they insist on payment before any work done, and then you wait constantly for them at a huge downtime cost! They ignore our Whatapp / calls get back to us 3 days later?? Am I the only one battling with them ?
