Purchased an item online . initially the response via email and whatsapp was good. I was given a tracking number . when i called aramex , i was informed that the waybill details were assigned to two people . I sent Bestbuyer an email and whatsapp message . I got a response that there was a mix-up and the matter will be sorted out . It is now four days later , they do not respond to my queries . I have been ****MED.
