Very disapointed

<p>These guys retail cell phones and computer on www.best-buy.co.za The cell phone i bought was however a 'grey' phone, meaning that it doesn't have an IMEI number and is not recognized by any other retailers - for repair purposes for example, Samsung SA refused to cover the phone under the usual 2 year warranty. When I then asked Best-buy to cover the repair under the 1 year warranty, they did their best to sidestep the repair, eventually saying that as Samsung had assessed the phone damage, they would no longer cover the repair fee. Nice one. My advise - steer clear of these guys. There's a reason they're so cheap - grey phones with no warranty!</p>
