Very bad product and service

<p>Bought a Kids Andriod Super Smart 7 inch tablet throught them. On day 2 the tablet already gave problems. I phoned the guy and said I want my money back or a replacement. He just said he can't because it has already been used. He asked me to send him photos and videos of the problem of the tablet. Did that and he said he would sort out the problem. At the end said he said he had to re program the tablet and since then haven't heard from him again. We left on holiday the next day with a very dissapointed child and without something to keep her busy on the long road. DO NOT buy anything from them. </p>
