Unhelpful, delivery delayed due to "mispayment", careless

<p>At first the service was great, prices were good and Mr. Ali as Best-Buy.co.za phoned me once payment was received and emailed me a tracking number and my purchase details. (Bare in mind that I was already quite concerned about this as I had put a lot of money into my purchase) The courier company had an issue with a "misspayment" from Mr. Ali and refused to delivery my purchase. When I told Mr. Ali this - he was not helpful to push the situation. Nor did he notify me of this mistake - I found out on my own. Because I was worrying about this all being a ****. I also don't see why he had to use a courier as his headoffice is less than 10kms away from me and the delivery service is 40kms away from me. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is about to reach delivery time and I have not received my purchase and I unfortunately now believe this to be a ****. I am hoping that I may receive it tomorrow but I believe I have lost my savings as well as my purchase. I do not recommend this site.</p>
