Trying to sell phones they know they don't have stock of. I'd call that theivery.

<p>Best-buy.co.za is trying to sell phones that they don't have stock of. Their website claims to have stock of all 4 colour variations of the note 5 yet when I phoned them they said they had no stock. I then asked if they would change the online adverti*****t to reflect that they were out of stock, which they refused to do ****erally told me that they won't do it). It is frustrating that online stores such as this one take your money without any sense of responsibility to deliver within the stated time (or any time for that matter). Think seriously before using a company that refuses to state it's phones are out of stock even when they know they are.</p>
