Take my money but fail to deliver the goods !!!!!!

They advertised a BB Z10 in stock and told me delivery would be no problem, but as soon as I paid I was told sorry they don't have it in stock and they don't know when they would get it again. Why did they wait to tell me this only after I made the payment. Annoying as it was I immediately gave my banking details and expected a prompt refund. But of course NOT! Only after almost a month and threats of going to the authorities and telephone calls which wasn't answered did they finally pay the money back! I also had to again proof that I had paid them as apparently they did not see the money in their bank account. Refunds are obviously not high on their priority list as they lost my bank details the first time I gave it and so I had to send it again.<br> Phone courtesy was NOT good either as they proceeded to have an argument with each other whilst I was on the phone to them! It sounded like a Micky Mouse business run from home by a man and his wife who couldn't be bothered to manage their website properly or just plain false advertising so you would transfer money to their account and then it sits there accruing interest for them not for me!<br> NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !!!
