Bestbuy won't honour what I was specifically told in store, and floor manager rude over the phone.

I bought a TV from BestBuy over the weekend in store. I specifically asked at purchase, if I want to return the TV.whether BestBuy would pick it up. Was told that this would not be a problem and that it would be free of charge.

Today I want to return the TV, called the store and was told the manager needs to make this decision and is unavailable. Requested a call back, didn't get it. Called two more times and eventually spoke with the manager saying there's no way to prove what I was told and their policy is to not pick up instore purchases cost free and put the phone down in my ear.
