Great expertise with bad service

I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding my recent experiences at this practice.

I want to start by stating that I have the utmost respect for Dr. H’s clinical expertise. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and her recommendations have significantly improved my health. However, despite the high quality of medical care, I have encountered several recurring issues with the practice’s operations that have ultimately forced me to find another doctor.

My concerns are as follows:

Billing for Overtime: While I understand the importance of staying on schedule, I was disappointed to find that I was charged extra for exceeding the appointment time without any prior warning during the session. A brief notification when the time is nearly up would allow patients to manage their discussion more effectively.

Administrative Responsiveness: The administrative staff has been consistently unreliable. Enquiries and medication orders often take days to receive a response, or in several instances, go completely ignored. For a patient relying on timely medication, this lack of communication is a serious concern.

I am saddened that these administrative hurdles have outweighed the excellent care provided by Dr. H.

I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the practice to improve its communication and billing transparency for future patients.
