Correcting an error without question

I have been receiving deliveries of firewood from Bestwoods for the last 4 winters and have always been impressed with the delivery reliability and with the quality of the wood. On my last delivery I was dismayed to find that large logs had been delivered which I am not able to use in my small stove. I had in fact requested small and medium logs. I contacted Ruby Maponya at Bestwoods about this. She responded very quickly to my query and sent a fresh delivery of correctly sized logs within 24 hours, replacing the initial delivery. It is not often these days that a supplier accepts responsibility for an error without contesting it. I have been very happy with this wood load, and look forward to many more warm winters, thanks to Bestwoods. And a special shout out to Ruby, for excellent service.
