Best Time Construction & Logistics Services is a disappointment

The service that I received from Best Time Construction & Logistics Services is by far the most shocking. I enlisted their service of Jackie through Best Time Logistics as I was moving house. I communicated that I was moving and needed some furniture to be moved to my new place of residence and the remaining furniture to be transported to my parents' home +/- 30kms away. We agreed on a price and his staff arrived on the day of the move which was a Saturday morning. The staff was extremely unprofessional and even asked to drink some of the left over drinks in the glasses that I had not washed and packed away. Once the furniture was loaded onto the truck, we proceeded to the apartment I was moving into where I stayed to sort out what had been dropped off. The employees proceeded to my parents' home. While they were speeding, they dropped a cushion from my couch which was not properly reinforced. The owner of the company, Jackie, initially agreed to pay for the replacement of the cushion but once he was told the approximate prices he changed his tune and has since not replaced the cushion or its cover, a couch that was bought for R15,000 at Coricraft.
