Best solar solutions

In ordered a liontech lithium iron 6kw battery. There were delays in the delivery with no customer feedback received. I was delivered an old and used battery in a plastic bag instead of a new battery.

I whatsapp the business and was told that my order was mixed up with another clients order from sandton and the client will make arrangements to swop his battery for mine. I was also told that the client is out of the country and either they will send me a new battery when thier stock arrives or if the client returns. No one returns my calls so i can confirm that i have not been ****med and the final correspondence says that they have passed my details onto the client that has my battery and he had promised to get in touch with me and I can thank them later. My question is .... Thank them for what... They should pick up the battery that they sent and provide me with my battery i ordered.

Bill who attends to the whatapp has still failed to call me and confirm any details, thier sales staff john does not answer my calls. I spent 17k on the battery and i am going to give this a day or two before i formally open up a case with the SAPS incase this is a *********.

I will update this with more information when i know more. This is my worst online service experience every. If this business is legitimate or i was a victim of ***** is still to be determined.
