Pathetic Roof repairs

Early this year I have requested the service of Mr Gabriel Marais of Best Roofing. He came highly recommended from a colleague and friend. Mr Marais fixed the water proofing on my roof on the 21 of March 2018. The Insurance covered the secondary damage that was caused by the water damage from the leaking roof. The ceiling and walls were painted after the initial repairs. On the 26 of April 2018 it rained and water was still running through the walls and ceiling, I’ve contacted Mr Marais and sent him pictures he did not respond to my calls and messages I kept on contacting him and he came on the 3rd of May 2018. On the 21 of May 2018 it was raining, I came home from work to wet walls and wet ceiling, I took pictures and sent them to Mr Marais . This time water affected the light switch. There was no response yet again I had to carry on asking him to fix the roof. He did come to do the repairs on the 22nd of May. On the 1st of June 2018 it rained and water was still running through the walls and ceiling, I contacted him and send picture this time he responded to say he is busy somewhere and asked if I was available the 2nd of June which was a Saturday, he didn’t come, On the 5th of June I send a message asking when he is coming to fix the roof he said the following day, the following day when I confirmed our meeting he said Friday will be better for him. Friday the 8th of June 2018 Mr Marais didn’t show up nor offer a reason to date he didn’t come nor communicate. The solution is to find another company to fix the roof and take him to court.
