False advertising

We planned an evening out with baby in tow for a delicious buffet meal where it was advertised and written: all you can eat ( sushi and chinese food) but this was not the case. We were told to select one Chinese dish from a selection of only 6. This is false advertising and according to the CPA, the client needs to get what is advertised. When we brought this to the manager/owners attention, she didn't seem to care much about this flaw. We requested her to remove the false advert but it was still up when we passed there a few days later. Best of Asia Cape Gate.
