Best Micro Finance in Cape Town

I have app**** for a loan on with Best Micro Finance and was approve but now I must pay an R750 admin fee. I just want to know if they are legit. I traced their NCRCP number but it belongs to a company registered on 24/08/2017 and it's name is TNM Financial Solutions. I called the offices of Best Micro Finance and asked how long they have been trading and asked her about the TNM Financial Solutions. She got very rude and told me that if I want the offer then I should take it and that the rest is none of my business.

The website seems legit but I am not sure....

Has anyone dealt with them or can anyone give my guidance as to how I can find out if this is a ****.
