Bad people taking poor peoples money

Apparently the Limo was in an accident. When I asked for a refund so that I can pay for another vehicle, they stopped answering me. They ruiened my son' s Matric Farewell for I did not have money to pay for another vehicle in time. Still waiting for my money.
