If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered & paid for 2 toothbrushes + courier on 5 Aug 2022. I got an email to say that I would receive a tracking nr as soon as my order was ready for delivery. The shipping policy on the website topkidz.co.za stated that shipping takes about 3 working days and delivery takes another 1-3 working days. That equals to about 6 working days, thus my order should have been delivered on/before Monday 15 Aug. By 15 Aug I hadn't received any further communication, nor my delivery. I emailed them on the email address provided to query my order. They only rep**** that my order would be ready the following week. I rep**** that it was unacceptable with regard to their shipping policy seeing as they didn't have to wait for my payment and then I requested contact names, numbers and a physical address to collect my order, otherwise I wanted an immediate refund. Ignoring my request, they rep**** again & told me that delivery takes 10-13 working days and that I would be notified when my order is ready for delivery. I again rep**** that this was unacceptable & requested an immediate refund otherwise I'm going to lay a charge of theft & ***** against them at my nearest local police station. They then only rep**** on 17 Aug insisting that their shipping policy clearly states 10 days for delivery and then arrogantly expressed that I can't expect delivery overnight?! They concluded the message by saying they will push for my order to be shipped on the morning of 18 Aug. I still haven't received a tracking nr, nor my order - after 14 working days. Note that they changed their shipping policy and added a contact nr on their website AFTER I pointed out to them what it read?! When visiting their Facebook page: Best Kidz ZA, you will find ONLY complaints about non-delivery and the very few people who did get their orders, only received certain items and not everything they paid for. Everyone is complaining about not getting tracking nrs and that they are being ignored when hammering for answers. Some people's comments are even being deleted! They also don't have any other way of contacting or visiting them. What have they got to hide? This ********** company should be closed down as they are *****ing innocent people's money! They are lying, ************ & *******! This is ridiculous, disgusting, unprofessional & utterly *********! I will definitely be laying a charge of theft and ***** against them.
