Unhappy customer

I made a purchase on the 7th May 2026, the items were delivered the TV was a mess they took almost 2 weeks to come change it, as for cashback I'm.running around to get it even today and the sales consultant says other people got theirs after my purchase meaning mine isn't that important 🫤 but already they've deducted the debit order
