Bad service

I have ordered a 16 piece set from them and they did assured me that they have the colour that I want, I made an immediate payment. I have asked for a waybill so that I will be able to track my order and they said ok. I receive a WhatsApp saying they struggling with the colour that I paid for and I asked them what colour do they have and why did they confirm that they have that colour, now they read my WhatsApp and not responding.
