Absolutely Disappointed

My husband called last week and received a quote from Best Gutters to replace each and every gutter around my home. We were then told that our appointment was made for Wednesday. The expected day came and went with no communication as to the reason of the delay. I made special arrangements for that day and paid a home keeper just to ensure someone was home to expect Best Gutters arrival. I'm hosting a huge function in my garden on Saturday afternoon and all my old gutters is in plain sight for all my guests to see,so you can just imagine how much frustration and anger this has caused me to hear that they moved my appointment to next week. I needed it for Saturday! This was urgent! We've been calling non stop and finally when someone answered we were told the lines were down. In this day and age you cannot tell me you do not have any other form of communication! I am do upset about this and I sure as he'll will not recommend this company to anyone.
