I had a really good experience with Best Golf Carts Dealers (PTY) LTD. From the beginning, their communication was professional and they kept me informed throughout the process. They were patient with my questions, explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. What I appreciated most was the customer service and regular updates. Golf Cart Rental Paid in Full – No Delivery and No Response
We are sharing our experience to inform other businesses and individuals considering using Best Golf Carts Dealers (Pty) Ltd. Our company booked golf carts for an event and received the following documentation from the supplier: * A tax invoice. * A rental agreement. * A refundable damage deposit policy. Based on the documentation provided, we proceeded with the booking and paid a total of **R33,800.00** via EFT in accordance with the supplier's payment requirements. The agreed delivery date for the golf carts was **6 August 2026**. On the day of delivery, the golf carts did not arrive. We then received WhatsApp messages from the supplier stating that they had encountered an issue with Metro Police and that an additional payment of **R5,000** was allegedly required for a permit before the golf carts could continue to our venue. We requested clarification and supporting documentation regarding this alleged permit requirement. We also attempted to contact the supplier by telephone and WhatsApp to obtain an update on the delivery. Despite our repeated attempts, we have been unable to reach the supplier. Our calls are not being answered, our WhatsApp messages are not receiving a response, and the golf carts have still not been delivered. As part of our own due diligence after the failed delivery, concerns were also raised regarding the company registration details provided on the supplier's documentation. We are currently verifying these details through the appropriate official channels. At this stage, our matter has been reported internally, and we are pursuing the appropriate steps to resolve the situation. We are posting this review to document our experience and to encourage others to perform thorough due diligence before making payment. If the supplier contacts us, provides a satisfactory explanation, and resolves the matter, we will update this review accordingly.

BE CAREFUL
Very disappointing experience. I booked a golf cart for 2 days, but was initially invoiced for 3 days. After I pointed this out, I was told the invoice would be corrected. The corrected amount they gave me was still incorrect, and I had to calculate the correct total myself before making payment. I paid immediately after the correct amount was agreed upon and sent proof of payment. Shortly afterwards, I was told my payment had been confirmed and that they would get back to me soon. Only 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time did they ask whether I had made an Immediate EFT. The invoice stated "Immediate Payment Required", but it did not clearly state that an Immediate EFT payment method was mandatory. My bank confirmed that the money had already left my account and could not be stopped or changed. Despite this, the company refused to deliver the golf cart as agreed and asked me to make a second payment instead. They have since said they will process a refund, and I am currently waiting for proof of the refund. Overall, the incorrect invoicing, poor communication, and last-minute change in payment requirements resulted in a very frustrating experience.

These people are ****mers. A person my the name of Mark. !!! Be Careful !!! We paid for rental of two golf Carts, but they never arrived for our church function. We even went to find them at the given adress just to find an empty building. BE CAREFULL. You will loose your money. Now up to SAPS and SARS to find these *****sters.
