Terrible Experience

<p>Dear Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>We need your assistance. We contacted a company that specializes with glass called Best Glass Care ( ********** ) to make our stacker doors, Pivot door, stable door, shop front, ballustrades and showers. We were required to pay a 70% deposit before the commencement of the job (which we did) and the remaining 30% on completion of the job. The quote was agreed to by both parties and I even insisted that we sign a contract which is binding. The owner keeps on fabricating stories on why he is unable to complete the job because the person who did the quote undercharged us. This is non of our problem and we are not involved in his company politics. He was copied when the quote was accepted and TOC signed. He was well aware of what was charged. They further confirmed that we do not have to pay for builders amount for breaking and plastering the wall as that was part of the quote. The job is 60% complete and he always demands extra money before he completes the job. Till today we are still waiting for him to come to our house to complete the job. He is unprofessional as he always shouts at us when we demand that he completes the job. He is always unavailable or has million excuses on why the job canno be completed</p> <p>Please help.</p>
