I made a payment in their Business that I have using, all to find out their account has been freezed due to *****. Now I have requested for a refund of R1800, they said the matter is still under an investigation. I made a payment on the 01/05/2026 I have been patient with them it’s a full month already. They’re not even communicating with me I have been asking them to communicate and update me by they are just chilling. I want my many back, Best Girl Hair is a ****mer.

Bad bad Quality
Best hair girl are ****mers , why are they giving us hair that is trash, we pay with out hard earned money. Bought a 10inch vietnames hd lace sdd wig , nd the quality of this hair is trash please refund me or give me a proper wig !!!!
