Waited 7 days for quote

Contacted Best Gas to come to my home in order to provide me with a quotation to install a gas geyser. After numerous phone calls a representative finally came to my home. I was promised a quotation within 24 hours. I started calling them for a whole week every day and after 7 days finally received a quote. Decided to install the gas geyser but failed to make online money transfer as their branch code is not active. We did business with Best Gas before as we received their information from a friend that also made use of them. The previous round we also had numerous problems with attitude and feedback and we thought this time around it would be better. Well I am thinking twice now about making use of their business. You will think in today's economy any business will do their best to ensure happy and returning customers.
