Worst electrical

<p>My husband took my Kelvinator stove to be fixed at "Best electrical" in Bloemfontein. It turned out to be Worst electrical. My stove is there over 2 months. They had to fix the wiring and the digital timer was faulty. SO CALLED Best electrical first excuse was couldn't find the model number on my stove. It took me 2 seconds to Google it for them and send it. Second excuse was the lady Patricia gave the electrician the model number but the part wasn't ordered. Eventually Patricia said she can now get the part but it would take 15 days to arrive from Pretoria. After one call i found my own part, paid for it and had it delivered to them in 2 days. I phoned Patricia last week to tell her my husband would come and collect my stove today. Oh third excuse one of the timer knobs is missing. I told her to find it because I know all the knobs was there. <br /> Today when my husband arrived, my stove is standing outside in the rain. The back cover is not replaced. Now they cannot test is because the wires are wet. My husband left and told them he will be back this afternoon. They better have I dry so that it could be tested. Worst service ever!!</p>
