Best Electric Parrow refuse to refund my money

I bought a fridge and bed at best Electric Parrow 30 Sep 2017 and they promised to deliver it same day. They failed to deliver and they could not even call to say they could not deliver as promised. Only on Monday to deliver a faulty fridge and it took them two days to come collect it. When i ask for my refund, they send me from pillar to post. Stay away from this shop. You not sure whether you will get a value for your money or even your refund.
