Worst treatment I got from Best home and electric Mams mall

Worst service from electric express Mams mall Today went to buy a refrigerator price shown is R3999 on display. When time to pay the manager was so rude she was busy shouting we must pay R3500 instead of coming to us and explain professionally it was not credit but cash. Then when the driver was asked the time he will go to the warehouse to fetch a new one because we didn't want the display he replayed with an attitude saying "he won't go there to fetch that thing". If that's how they treat people I wonder why is still operating?.
