Worst regret was shopping at this store

I have purchased a Restonic bed set 28 July 2024 which I had experienced problems with and had reported it. Matter took almost over 3 months to be resolved. I was issued a new bed set which was far worse than the previous one. I have been in contact directly with Restonic and they have resolved the matter. Best Home and electric in Mdantsane City Mall is now giving me the run around with the exchange. This new matter now has been going on for almost 2 months. I have anxiety everytime it's bedtime. I'm a new mom with a newborn having to sleep on a cement mattress. I am now experiencing back spasms due to the discomfort. And the nature of my job needs me to protect my back to be able to last longer in the field. This is not only ruining my sleep, but my mood, my work as I'm always tired and has increased my anxiety list. I'm being IGNORED technically. Only shown respect when I travel to the store and I'm made empty promises. The manager is either not there or being hidden
