Worst Home and Electric

I'm very disappointed and disgusted by Best Home and Electric Kempton Park. I went to that store on Saturday the 23/03/2019 to buy furniture, they told me the delivery would be on Monday the 25th. The delivery never happened and they didn't even bother calling to tell me what happened till I called on Tuesday morning to inquire and they told me that they were delivering that day. They didn't do that on Tuesday and I had to call again only for them to deliver on Wednesday. They charged me R500 for a masterguard spray for my couch but when they delivered, the couch wasn't sprayed and the wardrobe was just a box with NO shelves inside. When I called they told me they'd send someone over to come and spray on Saturday the 30th of March, no one came through and no one bothered to call and say something. Today is Wednesday the 3rd of April and i'm still waiting to see what happens because now apparently they'll be coming through on Saturday which means I have to find someone that I can leave at my house for when they come because last week my girlfriend had to stay absent from work for three days waiting for them to deliver as they kept on lying. Pathetic is an understatement when I think of their service.
