WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER!!

I regret ever getting credit from these people... Only assistance I get is from the branch in Tzaneen the head office is so useless. They sometimes don't debit or debit late from my account and still put me in arrears. I've recently went to the store to update on their "arrears" which most of it wasnt my fault it was on their end. Now I need them to update my credit as everything is settled so my credit score can be up to date and we can all put this behind us... There's nobody home at head office. I've been calling to no response. Can yall just update my credit from your end?? I'm a youth of South Africa who wants to apply for funds but somehow failing coz there's no one at head office to even talk no one is taking my calls.
