Worst Experience - Worst and Electric

<p>I bought a washing machine from Best and Electric. It was a good special(or so I thought). They claimed that they repossessed the machine because the customer didnt want to pay. Then later they said the water intake from the customers house wasnt pulling/pushing water correctly. They were all so nice, and I told them that if its anything either than what they claimed was wrong I will be back. So I bought the machine and installed a tap at my place. The machine itself is in good condition, but the water settings do not correspond with the water level. The water goes on and fills up the machine and never stops. It just fills up, so the water level setting is not correct. So the next step of doesnt happen. The machine never gets to washing the clothes. I went to the store, asking for advise because the Kelvinator people said the machine is an import. A lady(Manager) by the name of Marinda started shouting. She didnt want to listen to anything I had to say. She was just loud. Not as nice as the day she wanted me to take the machine off their hands. For a manager , she wasnt even willing to help, not even hear what I wanted to say. The saleslady Esme was nice, called Downtown to find out if we can book the machine in. Marinda was just shouting saying she wont be paying for that. I just didnt understand her "Customer Service"</p>
