Worst Account Ever

The people at Bethal branch are ***********.<br> The first few months after opening our account we were still billed for the club after we said we did not want it, only after i cornered the area manager in store was it taken off our account. <br> Last month we were 3 days late on payment and was charged double the monthly instalment but anyhow we paid twice in November and i told them the next payment will be end of December, now i get a sms saying we broke our promise to pay??? The clerk put us on for the 30th of November?? What is wrong with your people? Sending sms's and calling 2days after we paid to hear when is the next payment??? We are closing our accout and not recommending anyone to do business with you.
