Very very unprofessional service from the best home and electric president square shop

So about 2weeks ago or so me and my wife made arrangements with the manager of best home and electric president square store in Vanderbijlpark with regards to them deducting the money from her account starting this month end, but now they are still trying to deduct the money from my account, on Saturday I received a call from a gentleman who didn't give his name but he called from BHE I explained to him what the arrangement is and that they are still trying to deduct the money from my account and he said he will get back to me before 12 today is Tuesday, I have also been in contact with the sales person who was assisting me her name is Relebogile Poho and she as well is giving me the run around with regard to that nobody from the head office is saying anything they deducted money from my account this past Friday and according to what I know they shouldn't have deducted that money, when I spoke to Relebogile yesterday she told me the clerk said I was in arrears but I made a cash payment of R770(I also sent Relebogile the proof of payment yesterday), this is really unprofessional on their part as I have been waiting for them to get back to me with feedback
