Very poor servicee

I have a problem i bought a TV @ best electric @ embalenhle and the TV has been giving me problems ever since I bought and now they dnt want to fix the TV but they are deducting from my account every month and am not happy I gave them back the TV but still taking money from my account. I spoke to the manager and she is refusing to help me. *** plz call me for the whole story.
