Very poor customer service from some of the best electric staff President Square Shop

So after my last complaint my problem is still not sorted out, today a lady by the name of Mathapelo came and asked me about the debit order that did not go off, I showed her on my banking app that they deducted from my account on the 19th of October I spoke with *** they told me I had to sort it out with best electric and I tried till today nobody called or anything until today when the lady came. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO BUY AT THEIR PRESIDENT SQUARE SHOP because some of the staff has attitude issues and they give you the run around very very poor, I even told them they can take their things today because this is becoming a problem now.
