VERY DISAPPOINTING

I am so disappointed in the service i received from this company both in store and customer service department

What I realized is that they dont value their customers they are only after sales because before securing a sale they will make all sorts of promises and they will lure you with lies then after they have secured a sale they will leave you high and dry and most disappointing thing is that the manager is also involved in that ********* behaviour of SALES MANIPULATION. Well i guess that is the training they receive in their company because even the customer service centre do not value clients you will log a complaint or query with them due to service failure and failure to deliver on promises however they will do nothing about your complaints as they mean nothing to them and the stores are aware of that hence even after contacting their customer service they still not change the behavior or try to rectify their wrongs as a strategy of client retention

I requested to have part of my order to be returned to the store because it was not what i was sold, they promised to come fetch it however its been over a week since waiting and they are not even bothered to call us as clients to inform us of reasons that causes the delay because we are not valued and they dont care about us they only care about the money we will bring

You will call the store and they will be so rude to the extend that they hang up the call on you because now you are no use to them they got the sale and perhaps the target has been reached because prior to the sale being finalised they went to the extend of calling me almost everyday

I will never buy anything ever again in this store and i will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company and futhermore i will spread word of mouth of their poor service, mis selling , sales manipulation and their ********* behavior
