Very bad service

I bought a fridge and washing machine.Very very bad experience.The stock was wrapped in plastic wrap when it was delivered and I wasn't happy.Washing machine broke in the 1st week so i went to cancel the deal and 2months later after canceling the deal they are still debit my money.Very month i need to go to the store to get a refund, I waste my time and petrol.
