Unwelcome communication

This company is harassing me with text messages and phone calls for the past several years. I have told their consultants that I they have a wrong number of the person they are looking for and neither do i have an account them, they just apologize only for another person to call again. I Have escalated and requested for my number to be taken off their system but to no avail. Please stop texting or calling me.
