Unattended television fault

My name is Kedibone Modise, I bought a television Sinotec 43 inch FHD LED STL43WG6 on 26 March 2024 with credit and have been paying my monthly installments good, the television started to have problems on September 2024 not showing vision but had sound. I took it back to the store Best Home and Electric (Piet Retief) on 15 October 2024. Since from October 2024 I have not receive any sort of communication, I therefore decided to call the stores head office on November 2024 and spoke to one of their consultants who told me that they will resolve the matter and gave me this reference number: 898578. On 14 December 2024 I went to the store and they told me that the television went for service, today 07 January 2025 I went back to the store and the person who assisted me said the television is still with them and have not gone for service.

Up to date the matter regarding my television have not been resolved and I stay far every time I go to the store I use a lot of transport money.

Best home and electric please attend to this matter it's been long time and I want my television back or else I'll report you.
