****ty service for a ****ty bed

Bad service. I bought a bed last year from the Shoprite park shop, just over a year the stictching of the bed has completely gone loose and the springs are exposed. I went in to the store to complain, the staff was so unhelpful no one even made eye contact with me and I was told there is nothing they can do/
